Founded in 2004, Fyusion is an Australian-owned management advisory practice specialising in business transformation, organisational design, workforce strategy and change.

Founder & Managing Director

Lisa Koch

Lisa has spent more than 25 years working alongside boards, chief executives and senior leadership teams to tackle some of the most complex organisational, governance and leadership challenges facing organisations both in Australia and across Asia Pacific.

Throughout her career, Lisa has led major organisational transformation initiatives spanning strategy development, organisational design, governance and risk, workforce planning, leadership development, culture, and large-scale change programs across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, helping organisations align strategy, people, systems and governance to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Holding BA (Hons) with a major in psychology and sociology (honours thesis in organisational culture), complemented by accreditations in various psychometric assessments, Lisa brings both academic depth and practical expertise to her work. Lisa is currently undertaking doctoral research in organisational culture. Lisa is also a Board member of First Call Nursing.

Practice Manager

Julie Kleinman

Julie is an experienced, senior people and business practitioner, having spent over 30 years in the Commonwealth public sector between direct business roles, and supporting senior executives meet their HR and corporate needs. As our Practice Manager, Julie helps connect our clients with the right members of our consulting team for the outcomes you are looking for.
